About Neoteric Books

Neoteric Books was established to promote intellectually rigorous, policy-relevant, and socially engaged scholarship in development, governance, politics, economics, leadership, peace and security, and broader questions of social transformation.

We publish works that combine analytical depth with real-world relevance — books that inform policy, shape public debate, and strengthen institutional and professional practice, particularly in Africa and the Global South.

Our aim is to contribute meaningfully to the production and circulation of ideas that matter for governance, development, justice, and institutional renewal.
